We are thrilled to announce the launch of registration to apply at HYPATIA, a women’s art fair under the patronage of the H.E. Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, in collaboration between Kemet for Arts and Creative Industries and the Graeco-Roman Museum in Alexandria. The deadline for registration is February 7, 2024. HYPATIA ART FAIR comes within the official celebrations of International Women’s Day, in the presence of a large number of ambassadors and consuls of foreign countries and official figures, where participants receive certificates of participation and are honoured within the celebration activities in the main hall of the Greco-Roman Museum.

** Application conditions:
1. Participation must be for female artists only.
2: The fields of “painting and sculpture” provide that the artwork has not been previously displayed in any art exhibition.
3: The two-dimensional work area must not exceed 1 meter in length and 80 cm in width, including the frame. A frame is not required.
4: The area of 3D works does not exceed 1 meter in length, width, and height, including the base, and the works must be one piece or divided according to the artist’s vision.**How to apply:
1- Applications for the exhibition must be made through electronic registration at the link:

2- The deadline for submission is Wednesday, February 7, 2024, and accepted works will be delivered to the Greco-Roman Museum in Alexandria; the last date for the delivery of artworks is February 17, 2024.
3- The artworks are presented to the artistic committee for screening and selection, and those accepted are notified via email or WhatsApp messages.
3- The personal photo and the artwork photo are uploaded online, provided that they are high resolution (high resolution), not less than DPI 300 for the photo; the size of the personal photo is not less than 1 MB, and the size of the artwork photo is not less than 2 MB.
3- Participants must adhere to the rules of participation in the exhibition, the deadline for registration, and the submission of works.
Participants will receive their work within two weeks of the end of the exhibition, and the museum is not responsible for the work if it is not received within this period.
The exhibition runs from March 1 to March 10, 2024.
