Personal data will be processed by the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association (hereinafter referred to as EMEA) as responsible for the treatment, for the maintenance, development, compliance and management of the relationship with users of this platform. The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of data and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD).
